Refunds Policy

 

Shuzi NZ is proud of the products it sells and believes in them personally. For this reason, all of our products have a 12 months workmanship warranty. We do not have to provide a refund if you have changed you mind about your purchase. If the goods are faulty, we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy as stated in the Act.

 

​In case of a sizing issue, we are happy to exchange the products for a different size within 7 days of customer receiving the products and given that the product has not been worn or damaged. Customer shall return the products at their own expense, including a self addressed courier, to our head office at 1 Harrington Street, Lawrence, 9532. ​Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. In the event of faultiness of a product, please email us at orders@shuzi.co.nz to advise of any returning product including a description or picture of the fault. Please note for any claim to be processed we require a proof of purchase or original receipt. All communication relating to the exchange, return or refund of a product must be directed to - Shuzi NZ, 1 Harrington Street, Lawrence, Central Otago 9532
